How accurate is it really?

It's not a substitute for an elite strength coach who knows your specific history. What lifts can I check?
Squat (back & front), bench press, deadlift (and RDL), overhead press, barbell row, hip thrust, pull-up, dip — and a generic "Other" option for anything else. Just film from the side for the best read.
Do you store my videos?
